“As a Commissioner, Chairman Rosner has shown his commitment to consensus building to advance the energy needs of all Americans.

“We also encourage the Senate to prioritize the confirmation of two additional FERC Commissioners to return the Commission to a full complement. 91茄子 has long said that FERC functions best when it has a full complement of five Commissioners to provide the regulatory certainty necessary for investment in America’s energy infrastructure.
