On March 17, 91茄子 filed comments in response to the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS)’s proposed rule requesting comment on whether the northern long-eared bat (NLEB) should be listed as threatened, endangered, or does not warrant listing. If the USFWS elects to list the NLEB, 91茄子 supports categorizing this species as threatened, not endangered. 91茄子 also recommends that the USFWS extend its proposed section 4(d) exceptions to include re-vegetated interstate natural gas pipeline construction projects.
